Golf Cart Accident - Client injured when golf carts collided.  Settlement - $215,00.

Products Liability - Fast food worker shot by robber after he tried to trigger a silent alarm that did not activate.  Settlement - $235,000.

Slip & Fall –  Client broke ankle stepping into missing cover of drain in sidewalk.  Three surgeries required to repair.  Settlement - $425,000.

Boating Accident - Woman stuck in leg by boat prop while waterskiing.  Settlement - $335,000.

Car Accident – 17 y.o. driver killed in head-on accident.  Settlement - $200,000.

RTD Special Transport - Boulder District Court - Disabled passanger injured during transport causing pain syndrome - confidential settlement.

Dews v. Sherwin Williams - Adams County District Court - Neck and Back injury in car accident - confidential settlement.

Shelf falls on Child - child injured when shelf at home falls on him - settlement $300,000

Dog Bite - Child bitten by neighbors dog.  Settlement - $130,000

Slip & Fall - Client falls at apartment complex - knee injury - Settlement $137,500.

Car Accident – Passenger injured in head-on collision.   Settlement - $200,000.

Car Accident – Client t-boned on Alameda and car pushed into Cherry Creek.  Fractured orbit, broken finger, soft tissue, and closed head injury.  Settlement - $285,000.

Slip & Fall – Client broke ankle stepping off curb onto uneven blacktop.  Two surgeries required to repair.  Settlement - $215,00.

RTD Special Transport - Shoulder injury due to driver taking corner too fast.  Settlement - $185,000.

Product Liability –  Client shot by robber after pushing alarm button which did not activate alarm.  Settlement - $220,000.

RTD Passenger - Denver District Court - RTD Passenger injured in bus accident.  Total Settlement - $125,000.

Car Accident - Client injured ankle in car accident. Settlement - $165,000.

Car Accident - minor passenger injured. - Minor passenger receives broken leg in accident caused by uninsured driver.  Three different insurance companies paid a total of $170,000 to settle claims. 

Car Accident - Client hit by 16 year old.  Settlement - $100,000

Pedestrian Accident - Cleint hit by vehicle - broken leg. Settlement - $100,000

Slip & Fall – Client sprained ankle in hole in Vickers lot.   Settlement - $65,000.
